Here is a solution. Leash and collar with quick release buckle.
One push of the buckle and the collar slides up easily without you having to mess with pulling it over the dog's head. See film and photos below

Measure around your dog's neck how long you want the collar to be.
The measurement you specify is the length of the fleece in the necklace.
Measure thoroughly.

The length of the leash is 180 cm incl hook
The hook measures 9 cm
